How lasting are the training effects?

Sustainability does not arise in the seminar room but through application in daily work. Pure knowledge transfer fizzles out if it does not carry over into concrete workflows. That is why our training is deliberately practice-oriented and works with your real projects and components rather than abstract examples.
To make the effect last, we recommend three things: integrating automated accessibility tests into the development pipeline (so rules apply, not just good intentions), clear responsibilities, and refreshers after six to twelve months, also because standards keep evolving.
On request we combine the training with a later audit that objectively shows how the accessibility of your projects has developed after the upskilling.
